ONE-ON-ONE

MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR

TRAINING

OCTOBER 7 - NOVEMBER 10

*APPLICATION WINDOW CLOSES 9/20

  • A 5 week course designed SPECIFICALLY FOR CERTIFIED MEDITATION TEACHERS who are ready to work with 1 on 1 meditation students — but aren’t exactly sure HOW to structure sessions or WHAT to offer students (beyond basic advice and meditation instruction) in order to help them stick with meditation and see the fruits of their practice in their daily life.

HINT: There is potentially SO MUCH MORE.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Every Monday, receive a new module broken down into bite size lessons that you can apply instantly to your sessions with 1-on-1 meditation students.

Recordings can be accessed on your own time at your own pace.

  • Gather in real time with a small community of fellow meditation teachers. We put LEARNING into ACTION by practicing skills and techniques in a supportive space, together.

Via Zoom. Schedule TBD based on participant availability.

Only 12 participants will be accepted to keep our training cohort potent and intimate.

  • Learn transformative tools at the intersection of Buddhist theory and contemporary coaching technique to structure your time with students in the most beneficial and personalized way possible.

Her work has been featured by The New York Times, OPRAH Magazine, Refinery29, Women's Health, and Yoga Journal

She hosted group coaching programs for coaches-in-training at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition from 2009-2022, which has given her the unique opportunity to both train and coach diverse cohorts in over 35 countries.

As a meditation teacher, she cut her teeth teaching secular Buddhist studies and meditation at The Interdependence Project beginning in 2012.

She’s since hosted retreats both internationally and stateside at Omega Institute, and was a Founding Teacher at MNDFL, NYC's premier drop-in meditation studio — where she served as a mentor and faculty for their 300-hour Teacher Training program before their closure in 2020.

When she’s not on the cushion, she can be found fixing up an old house with heaps of charm in the Hudson Valley of New York and playing blocks with her 1 year old daughter.
